Shauna Nuckles is the founder of Advocation, which provides training and strategic operations support customized to PR agencies. She also owns a boutique firm focused on consumer product and digital health brands. 

She began her career in journalism at a top daily newspaper but soon shifted to public relations, finding her home within agency life. She started packing press kits, eventually becoming number two at an award-winning lifestyle firm and serving as a fractional COO inside multiple others.
