Your 2023 Well-being Story

As agency leaders and CAPRSA members, what is our 2023 story? To inspire and empower our teams, we also do something often neglected: take care of ourselves first! From mental and physical to career and financial, well-being means different things to each of us. So, how do we put action toward our 2023 aspirations? Mark Mohammadpour, APR and health coach who lost and kept off 150 pounds, will lead an interactive discussion on the state of our well-being in our industry. Attendees will develop their accountability plan during the session, proving pivotal for showing up for ourselves, our teams, and our clients.

Attendees will:

  • Gain insights based on survey results from peers on their experiences with health and the workplace.

  • Apply traditional PR planning techniques to create personal well-being goals to set themselves and their teams up for success.

  • Learn commitments other attendees will make, leading to natural accountability partners throughout 2023.
