In this session, Kady will share 10 tips to combat collaboration overload. A hot topic amongst our agency owners and leaders, this should spark a great conversation on how to embrace collaboration technology in its broadest sense and what tools seem to work best given your own objectives, how to handle email, communications, cloud storage, and meetings and community learning and engagement.
Kady started her career in public relations at Waggener Edstrom before founding her own technology PR firm with a national roster of clients. After selling the firm in 2009, she joined Microsoft, driving a broad set of business results - launching the direct web sales motion for Office 365, conceiving and creating the Office 365 customer community, and most recently, leading the launch of Microsoft Teams, the chat-based workspace in Office 365.
She also advises Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation on the topic of online communities and coaches a number of local startups.
